Mountains and Trees: The Ebb and Flow of Reality

Another landscaping attempt that I wanted to attempt. Mountains have always been tough for me to produce and I wanted to attempt to negate this. In hindsight I'd have to say it didn't come out too bad, but there is room for improvement.

The trees were another point I wanted to continue to improve upon so I took another route for these and was really content with their outcome. Now to continue working on object distancing and perspective. Add in continued work on the skyline and I may have developed a personal system to bring each of these out that works for me.

Out of it all this was mainly an attempt at shadowing and lighting. Still have much work left to do as this an area I lack most, but  it gives me a better understanding at construction and conceptualization. We shall see what the next work brings.
